-
Open Form Details:
- Click on the form name to open its details. Then click the Preview icon in the side panel.
-
Export Form:
- PreciseFP does not offer a direct export option for importing into Jotform. However, you can replicate the form by saving a PDF copy.
- Click the Print button in the bottom menu.
- Follow your system prompts to print as a PDF
Step 2: Import the Form Into Jotform
-
Log in to Jotform:
- Visit Jotform and log in or create an account.
-
Create a New Form:
- On your Jotform dashboard, click the Create Form button.
-
Choose an Import Method:
- Select Import PDF Form
-
Upload the PDF:
- Click UPLOAD DOCUMENT and select the file from your device.
-
Customize and Publish:
- Once the form is replicated, customize any design elements as needed.
- Add form elements such as text fields, multiple-choice questions, dropdowns, and checkboxes to match the structure of your original form.
- Map the fields to the PDF output if not auto-mapped.
By following these steps, you can transfer your form structure from PreciseFP to Jotform either by manual recreation or by importing data where applicable.
